Growing up in Los Angeles, California, Chloe Clifford was exposed to the entertainment industry at a young age. As a child, she acted in television commercials and also modeled for print ads. She quickly realized that she was not interested so much in being in front of the camera, but she would rather be working behind it in some way. Her favorite part of those days when she was working was getting her makeup done. She always thought that having a job as a professional makeup artist must be the best job in the world.

Everyday there is something different to be done and someone new to be met. Chloe always knew since she was young that she wanted to work in the entertainment industry, and it became readily apparent to her which field was the right choice. To Chloe, makeup artistry is all about the beauty of people. It is about making a person into a work of art. 

Since graduating from the prestigious MKC Beauty Academy in Los Angeles, Chloe has established a career as a passionate, hard-working, and professional makeup artist working and living in Southern California.
